Dental Services
A. The Dental Services provide a range of promotive, preventive and curative services to the community.
Services include :

Oral Health Education Division
- promotes oral health awareness and oral hygiene practices; and
- facilitates the proper use of oral health care services.

School Dental Care Service
- provides basic and preventive dental care to primary school children.

Civil Servants Dental Service
- provide dental services to civil servants, their dependants and civil servant pensioners; and (*New consultation registration status)New consultation registration quota for September 2023 is full.
Please call 2892 2577 for registration from 9:00 a.m. on the first working day of the next month. [Special Arrangement in October to December 2023: The hotline would operate between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. from Monday to Friday (except public holidays)]
If Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above or Black Rainstorm Warning is still in force at 7 a.m. on the first working day of the next month, the registration for new cases will be postponed until 9 a.m. on the next working day. (*Latest appointment arrangement) - provide emergency dental services (for pain relief and extraction only) to the public at designated clinics.

Hospital Dental Service
- provide specialist and emergency dental services to hospital in patients and referred patients, including patient groups with special oral health care needs.
- For eligible staff & in-patients of the hospital or by referral only
- Dental Clinics with General Public Sessions (for pain relief and extraction only)
