Fees and Charges for Public Health Care Services provided by the Department of Health

Note
A list of charges applicable to both Eligible Persons and Non-eligible Persons, and payable at Travel Health Centre, Department of Health is given below.

Consultation 420
Note: The consultation fee does not cover the fees of immunisations, laboratory investigation and supply of medicines in connection with the consultation, certification and travel health kit, which must be separately paid for.

For official certificate for vaccination against yellow fever for international travel 200
Note: This charge also applies to certification or re-certification of vaccination entered on the certificates of vaccination for international travel, whether or not the original certificate was issued by Port Health Division, Department of Health.
