ELDERLY HEALTH SERVICE
(A) Eligible Persons: Charge ($)
(a) Annual fee for each person enrolled at an Elderly Health Centre for health screening (excluding mammography) and health promotion services 110
(b) Each attendance for medical treatment 150
(c) Each attendance for injection and dressing 50
(d) Prescriptions relating to attendance at an Elderly Health Centre 5 per item, up to 4 weeks
(e) Non-emergency Radiology Imaging Service at an Elderly Health Centre (charge per item of examination or procedure)
(i) Basic No charge
(ii) Intermediate (including mammography) 250
(f) Pathology Testing Service at an Elderly Health Centre (charge per item of investigation)
(i) Basic No charge
(ii) Intermediate 50
Note: The charge at (b) does not include, where appropriate, the costs of prescriptions, radiology imaging service and laboratory investigations.

(B) Non-eligible Persons: Charge ($)
(a) Annual fee for each person enrolled at an Elderly Health Centre for health screening (excluding mammography) and health promotion services 770
(b) Each attendance for medical treatment 500
(c) Each attendance for injection and dressing 250
(d) Prescriptions relating to attendance at an Elderly Health Centre 40 per item, up to 4 weeks
(e) Non-emergency Radiology Imaging Service at an Elderly Health Centre (charge per item of examination or procedure)
(i) Basic 400
(ii) Intermediate (including mammography) 1,600
(f) Pathology Testing Service at an Elderly Health Centre (charge per item of investigation)
