The Centre for Health Protection (CHP) of the Department of Health confirmed an imported case of dengue fever and urged people to guard against the disease.
Case details are as follows:
Age: 30
Sex: Female
Date of Onset: September 29
Symptoms: Fever and rash
Present Condition: Admitted to Princess Margaret Hospital on September 29. Discharged on September 30. Now in stable condition.
Travel History: The patient travelled to Cambodia, Thailand and Japan from September 14 to 29.
Others: Travel collateral does not have any symptoms.
