Five-day week in the Government

Following the five-day week initiative, Department of Health has adopted a phased implementation approach for all suitable service units to switch to the new work pattern. The overall level and efficiency of our services will be maintained. Emergency and essential services will not be affected. Please click the links below for more details:

Phase One	- Public services with revised opening hours starting from 1 Jul 2006
Phase Two	- Public services with revised opening hours starting from 1 Jan 2007
Final Phase	- Public services with revised opening hours starting from 1 Jul 2007
