Part-time Contract Doctor (Special Duties)


Salary :
$339 per hour

Entry Requirements :
Candidates should have -
(a) a medical qualification registrable in Hong Kong under the Medical Registration Ordinance, Cap. 161;
(b) a good command of spoken and written Chinese and English; and
(c) be able to speak fluent Cantonese.


Duties:
Mainly deployed to conduct clinical assessment and to provide medical, especially obstetric, advice at medical posts in Immigration control points in support of the Director of Immigration in enforcing border control of non-local pregnant visitors.

(Note : Will be required to work on shifts and on public holidays.)


Terms of Appointment :
Successful candidates will be appointed on non-civil service contract terms for three to six months. Further appointment may be offered depending on service need.


Fringe Benefits :
Rest days, statutory holidays (or substituted holidays), annual leave, maternity leave, sickness allowance, where appropriate, will be granted in line with the provisions in the Employment Ordinance.
