Termination of Pregnancy

The Offences Against the Person Ordinance (Chapter 212) requires:

i.	a registered medical practitioner who certifies the ground for termination of the pregnancy to complete a certificate of opinion referred to in Section 47A(1) of the ordinance before the commencement of the treatment (Form 1, Form 2 or Form 2A, as may be appropriate);
ii.	a registered medical practitioner who terminates a pregnancy to give notice of the termination to the Director of Health (Form 3).
