All DH clinics to resume normal service

Please broadcast the following message as soon as possible and repeat it at suitable intervals:

The Department of Health (DH) announced today (September 16) that all DH clinics would resume normal service two hours after the Gale or Storm Signal Number 8 was cancelled, weather and conditions permitting, while Methadone Clinics remained open for the normal operating hours.
