(1) | All requests for laboratory tests should be supported by information and documents as required by the Department of Health. Unless otherwise specified or agreed by Consultant Medical Microbiologists / Consultant Pathologists, all charges specified below are payable in advance or on demand. | ||
(2) | Consultant Medical Microbiologists / Consultant Pathologists may refuse any sample. | ||
(3) | Samples submitted for examination will remain the property of the Government and may be disposed of in any way considered suitable by Consultant Medical Microbiologists / Consultant Pathologists. | ||
(4) | The Government will not recognise any claims arising from the results of any examination. | ||
(5) | Fees for other special tests not listed below will be determined by Consultant Medical Microbiologists / Consultant Pathologists according to the actual cost of the test. | ||
(6) | Specimens for laboratory testing must be referred from registered medical / dental / veterinary practitioners. | ||
