A spokesman for the Department of Health (DH) said there had been 245 newly confirmed cases of human swine influenza (Influenza A H1N1) in the 24 hours to 2.30pm today (August 5).
The new cases involve 123 males and 122 females, aged between six months and 61 years.
This brings to 4,749 the total number of human swine influenza cases in Hong Kong.
