A spokesman for the Department of Health said there had been 162 newly confirmed cases of human swine influenza (Influenza A H1N1) in the 24 hours to 2.30pm today (August 2).
The new cases involve 85 males and 77 females, aged between five months and 76 years.
This brings to 4,066 the total number of human swine influenza cases in Hong Kong.
